Each session is structured to challenge and motivate, blending martial arts techniques with strength, cardio, and partner drills.

Absolutely not. We have adults of all ages training with us – from teens to those in their 50s and beyond. Everyone progresses at their own pace.
Wear something comfortable like a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms. We train barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
Not at all. Our classes are designed to help you get fitter, stronger, and more confident – whatever your starting point.
Not at all. Many of our adult students are complete beginners when they start. We’ll guide you every step of the way.
Sparring is part of our curriculum but only introduced once you’ve built enough skill and confidence. You’ll never be thrown into something you’re not ready for.
Let us know before class, and we’ll help modify drills or movements to suit your needs. Your safety is our priority.
Yes – if your child is aged 13+ and in the Teens & Adults programme, you can train together in the same class.
Teens & Adults should be training a minimum of twice per week to see results. We understand sometimes life gets in the way and will help keep you on track if you miss a session.
After your free trial, you can join one of our flexible monthly memberships. There are no joining fees and no long-term contracts.
Absolutely. After your free trial, you can upgrade to a 4-week trial with unlimited training, a free uniform, and no joining fee – just £40.
