Am I too old to join?

Definitely not. Our members range from 13 to 67+ years old! It’s never too late to start something new that makes you feel strong and energised.

Is the class taught by female instructors

No – our Ladies Only Kickboxing classes are taught by a male instructor, but the class itself is exclusively for women.

We understand and respect that some members choose to cover up or avoid physical contact for personal or religious reasons. That’s absolutely fine – there’s no physical contact required, and our instructors will always support your boundaries.

Everyone trains in a safe, welcoming, and judgement-free environment where your comfort comes first.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all! These classes are where you get fit. We’ve had women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels walk through our doors – and they all start right where they are. We’ll help you build your strength, stamina,

Is this class suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Most of our members had never done martial arts before joining. We break everything down clearly and support you every step of the way – no experience needed.

How intense are the workouts?

Each class is designed to challenge you at your pace. You’ll work hard, but we’ll also show you how to adapt combinations or drills to match your current fitness level. You’ll be surprised how quickly you progress.

What if I feel nervous or out of place?

That’s completely normal – and something we hear often! But trust us, once you step into the class, you’ll realise just how welcoming and supportive our community is. You’ll never be left behind.

What if I have injuries or health concerns?

Let us know before class, and we’ll help modify drills or movements to suit your needs. Your safety is our priority.

Can I try more than one class before committing?

You can!

We offer a 4-week trial where you can train as much as you like, experience the vibe, meet the instructors, and see if it’s right for you – with no pressure and no hard sell.

How many classes can I attend each week?

Our basic membership includes two classes per week – or up to four times per week on our unlimited plan.
We're flexible, so if you can only attend 1 session this week, you can come to an extra session next week.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Please let us know before class – we’ll always work around any injuries or limitations. Our instructors are happy to adapt movements so you can still train safely and confidently.

What should I bring to my first session?

Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and leave the rest to us. We’ll provide everything you need for your trial – including gloves and pads.

What happens after my free trial?

After your free trial, you can join one of our flexible monthly memberships. There are no joining fees and no long-term contracts.
