Ideally, Yes! This is a parent-and-child session — you’ll join your toddler on the mats for many of the activities.

However, as your child progresses, they will be able to do the majority of the class on their own, this is when the instructors will discuss moving them up to the Little Monsters Class.

Comfortable clothes they can move in — like leggings, joggers, or a t-shirt. No special uniform is needed for the free trial.

If you join, we will provide them with a Monster Tots Tshirt to train in.

Each Monster Tots class is 30 minutes long — the perfect length to keep little ones engaged without overwhelming them.

Absolutely. Many of our toddlers start out shy. Our instructors are experienced in helping children settle in at their own pace.

Safety is our top priority. All activities are age-appropriate, and the sessions are supervised by trained, DBS-checked instructors.

There is absolutely no contact between any of the students.

We keep class sizes small to ensure each child gets plenty of support and attention. Typically we have no more than 10 Monster Tots in a single session.

Yes — pre-booking is essential to secure your space. Walk-ins are not accepted for this age group.

It’s a playful introduction to martial arts, with a focus on coordination, listening skills, and confidence — not combat or technique.
